The right of access to the information resources of the Republican Scientific Medical Library (hereinafter referred to as RSML) is provided to the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship from the age of 16 years in accordance with the Rules of use of the State Institution of the Republican Scientific Medical Library.
The registration of the users in the RSML is carried out in the room of documents issue (the 3rd floor, room 310, tel. (017) 370-70-37, 367-26-44).
The right of access to the information resources of the RSML provides a library card that is issued upon registration. In order to register in the RSML the person should present the corresponding document (ID-card, passport, residence permit in the Republic of Belarus, refugee certificate, driving license, military service card) to confirm his/her identity. The cost of the library card is 2 roubles.
You can enrol at the RSML (register as a user) using the registration form on the website of the Electronic Medical Library ,or by visiting the library in person.
